From a mountain landscape to a moving festival identity.
One constructed world supplied the festival’s moving and still imagery. Creative direction, Blender modelling, AI-assisted rendering, animation and grading carried a Dehradun-inspired landscape into a reusable set of campaign assets.
01 / 02The visual direction began with the mountain setting. Landscape references, winding paths and Casa Bacardí cues established a world that could hold the festival’s identity, giving both moving and still assets a shared starting point.
Annotated sketches placed brand elements within the landscape before the 3D build. Architecture, planting and visual references helped define where the eye would travel and how the Casa Bacardí world could unfold on camera.
The landscape took shape in Blender. Mountains, vegetation and the path through them established scale and depth, giving the team a constructed environment in which to develop the camera journey and its individual compositions.
The 3D scene provided a spatial foundation for AI-assisted rendering. Generated detail could be developed around the modelled landscape, connecting the specificity of the build with the richer finish needed for the festival’s visual world.
Successive visual passes refined the landscape’s detail, light and atmosphere. The frame studies helped bring the Dehradun-inspired setting into focus while maintaining the composition that connected the still imagery to the moving camera sequence.
A camera journey through the modelled landscape gave the identity movement. This play-through became a foundation for festival videos and custom intros and outros, letting different promotional assets return to the same recognisable world.
Final grading and rendering brought the mountain world into its finished form. Colour, light and contrast connected the motion files with the static imagery, giving social posts and campaign collateral a consistent visual atmosphere.
