A complete OpenFX welcome, designed, produced and delivered from Bengaluru to its global offices.
The first brief was a welcome worth keeping. We designed and produced 100 OpenFX kits for its Bengaluru office, from the merchandise itself to the branded box. A second order of 200 extended the work into global delivery, with door-to-door shipping to Miami, Amsterdam and London. Alongside the delivered kits and gifting, we are exploring a scannable metal card and employee engagement platform as a future extension.

Alchemist Inc. designed and produced employee welcome kits from end to end, including merchandise, branding and packaging. The project began with 100 kits for Bengaluru and expanded into a second order of 200 with international delivery.
The team designed both the objects and the way they came together in the box. Merchandise included notebooks, hoodies and jumpers, caps, water bottles, stickers and pins, with premium material quality and a consistent OpenFX identity throughout.
The second order covered 200 kits for OpenFX’s global offices. In addition to designing and producing them, Alchemist facilitated door-to-door delivery to Miami, Amsterdam and London, extending the work into fulfilment across three countries.
The metal card and accompanying employee engagement platform remain an exploration in progress. The concept links a scannable physical object to interaction, entertainment and engagement, while the welcome kits and other gifting were delivered separately.
OpenFX was an ad-hoc merchandising and creative project rather than a retainer. A lean team of three to four handled the work, with design, production and delivery brought together around the employee welcome experience.
The work also extended into Series A gifting, alongside the employee onboarding kits. The approach carried the brand through considered physical objects and presentation, while the employee platform remained a separate concept being developed.
