It started with an empty warehouse and an
ambitious brief: create a global product keynote, from the ground up, in just three weeks.
We turned a warehouse space into a purpose-built broadcast studio, bringing together stage design, production, filming, motion graphics and launch media into one cohesive experience.
Conceived in India. Created for the world.
Alchemist Inc. was the creative and production partner for FLYWL's global product keynote, managing the experience from concept to final broadcast. Our work spanned five disciplines: stage design, event production, keynote filming, broadcast media and graphic design. The project brought together physical production and digital storytelling to introduce FLYWL's products to an international audience.
The FLYWL keynote was conceived, designed and produced within a three-week timeline. Alchemist Inc. transformed an empty warehouse in Bengaluru, India, into a purpose-built broadcast studio. Stage fabrication, technical production, visual design and filming preparation progressed in parallel, allowing the team to deliver a complete keynote production within an unusually compressed schedule.
Alchemist Inc. delivered five integrated creative and production services: stage design, event production, multicamera keynote filming, broadcast media and graphic design. These covered everything from physical set construction and lighting to filming, post-production, motion graphics, launch videos and supporting visual assets.
FLYWL's global product keynote was filmed in Bengaluru, India, inside a warehouse converted into a custom broadcast studio. The space featured a modular stage, integrated LED display, professional lighting and a six-camera filming setup. Although produced in India, the keynote was created for FLYWL's international audience, including the United States.
Alchemist Inc. developed a custom modular stage specifically for the keynote's filming requirements. The design went through 22 iterations before the final concept was selected. Featuring an integrated LED display and adaptable presentation areas, the stage was engineered to support product demonstrations, multiple speakers and a visually cohesive broadcast experience.
The keynote was captured in a single production day using six cameras, including handheld, front-of-house, back-of-house and wing perspectives. Alchemist Inc. coordinated camera coverage, filming and post-production, synchronising footage and audio before developing the final edit through visual sequencing, transitions and sound design.
The project combined an ambitious international product launch with a three-week production timeline and a single-day keynote shoot. Alchemist Inc. brought five creative disciplines together to transform an unconventional location into a broadcast-ready environment, delivering a cohesive launch experience across physical, filmed and digital formats.
Yes. Alchemist Inc. works across creative direction, brand storytelling, production and design for brands operating across markets. The FLYWL project demonstrates how an integrated creative and production approach can bring an international product keynote to life, with the creative development and physical production managed in India for a global audience.

The broadcast was the final act.
Behind it were three weeks of designing, building, coordinating, filming and making a thousand moving pieces work as one.
Five disciplines. One launch. Here's how we made it happen.
A blank warehouse offered us something a conventional venue couldn't: a space without predefined boundaries. The challenge was turning that freedom into a stage that looked exceptional on camera and could actually be built within the deadline.
We built a modular stage inside a warehouse to fit all the keynote requirements.
A total of 22 stage iterations later; we locked the final design and started working on production.
Idea was to build something with an integrated LED, for the classic keynote feel with background content programmed to speaker notes.
// event production
With an entire keynote to capture in a single day, there was little room for improvisation where it mattered.
We brought together the physical and digital sides of production: set fabrication, lighting, sound, on-site logistics, presentation assets and camera coordination. Every element had to work independently, and then work together.
// keynote filming
A keynote is more than a sequence of presentations. It's a carefully paced narrative, and the camera has as much responsibility for telling it as the person on stage.
We designed a six-camera setup combining handheld, front-of-house, back-of-house and wing perspectives, giving us the flexibility to capture the speakers, the products and the stage from multiple angles.
In post-production, we synchronised the footage and audio, assembled the keynote segments, and developed the edit through pacing, transitions and sound design.
The goal was never simply to document the event. It was to make the viewing experience as considered as the stage itself.
// broadcast media
A product launch doesn't live in a single film. It needs an entire visual ecosystem to carry the story across channels, formats and audiences.
Alongside the main keynote, we developed six sizzle reels, PR imagery, opening and closing animations, infographics and supporting launch assets.
With a critical set of broadcast graphics delivered within a 36-hour window, speed was as important as consistency.
// graphic design
The design system needed to move seamlessly between the physical stage and the digital broadcast, without losing its identity along the way.
We created the broadcast's graphic language, including overlays, titles and animated elements, alongside physical collaterals for the production.
And because the experience extended beyond the screen, we designed a five-senses kit for the launch team, complete with an illustrated tote, a personalised letter and a curated Spotify playlist.
The smallest details weren't an afterthought. They were part of the experience.
